1. Bill must be paid between 1st to 10th day of the month. Otherwise internet connection will be disconnected. Clients can not complain about this. Internet connection will continue again after bill payment.

2. Clients will have to inform the BD-71 office if they want to disconnect.

3. After informing BD-71 office about problem related internet connection, a support team will be sent between 1 to 5 hours after informing.

4. If a client informs of an internet connection related problem after 8PM, then a support team will be sent the next day.

5. Clients can not misbehave with the support team in person or on the support number.
